Hello, everyone. I just wanted to remind everyone that I will be in Sacramento, Califormia for a 3 Day KRU Instructor Training Weekend hosted by Coach Keith Miller of Sacramento CQC. The dates are August 19-21 for Coaches of KRU Only!
However there will be a public seminar held at Sacramento CQC as well. On Saturday August 20th, I will be conducting a cross section of KRU Muay Thai techniques from beginner to advanced in the morning, while special guest instructor Chris Regodon of Submission Wrestling Academy (SWA) will be demonstating CSW Techinques in the afternoon! Its a great day for MMA enthusiasts.
