Erik Paulson Combat Submission Wrestling NJ Training

Today was a great training day for MMA with Combat Submission Wrestling founder Erik Paulson in NJ. On April 10, 2011 over 2 dozen fans of CSW came to KRU Training in Bergenfield, NJ to experience grappling takedowns, submissions, sweeps and striking techniques of the CSW system.

Members from schools such as Fusion MA, IMB Connecticut, Brazen MA, Modern MA, National MA and of course KRU Training enjoyed Erik Paulson’s brand of progressions for almost 6 hours!
